Nature's Pharma uses organic fractionated coconut oil, aka MCT Oil. What's meant by fractionated is that the fats in the coconut oil have been removed what remains are two medium chain fatty acids which are quickly oxidized by the liver. MCT Oil has shown to promote weight and fat loss.
